President/Vendor Reception

All vendors and attendees are invited to the President/Vendor Reception on Wednesday, May 11th.  The party will be held at the Perdido Beach Resort.  All attendees are invited, and there will be food, music, door prizes and fun!

Shipping and Vendor Packet

Items must be shipped to the address below no more than one week prior to the show. GCAVP charges $50 for shipments up to 25 pounds & an additional $25 per 100 pounds. NO SHIPMENTS TO THE RESORT! GCAVP will charge more if they process shipping from the resort.

Conference Name/Arrival

GCAVP will be handling all other audio/visual and exhibit needs such as electrical service, furniture rental (only 1 chair comes with each booth), cleaning, installation, dismantle, etc.

**A vendor packet will be emailed to the contact person listed on your registration at least one month prior to the meeting. This packet will include all shipping instructions, freight fees, electrical forms, furniture rental forms, etc.
