Thank you for supporting our AAHIM Annual Meeting.  We have a great meeting planned, and your participation is very important to us.  Partner with us as we prepare to Face the Future of HIM!.  If you have any questions or need assistance prior to the show please feel free to contact us.  We are hosting an in-person meeting in Orange Beach, AL, this year with appropriate distancing policies to ensure everyone has a safe and memorable experience.  We are also offering (with your registration) 4 dedicated break-out rooms for vendors to meet with prospective clients one-on-one.  (These will be scheduled on a first come, first serve basis through Kristin Griffin in one-to-two hour increments.)  Our members will be required to attend at least two vendor 1:1 sessions to participate in a grand prize drawing at the end of the show!  Thanks again for supporting our association, and we look forward to seeing you at our show this year!

Vendor Setup/Breakdown 

Setup/Breakdown:

  • Set up begins 5:00 pm on Sunday, April 24th Hall closes at 6:30
  • Vendors must be set up by 11:30 am Monday, April 25th
  • Breakdown after 4:30 pm Tuesday, April 26th

There will be a table set up in the vendor area where you will receive a welcome packet and booth assignment.  Based on our selected venue we will be able to accommodate oversize booths.  We will also be offering single, corner, and double-booth space.

Each registration includes the following:

  • One (1) 8′ x 10′ booth space (entire room is carpeted)
  • One AC power drop included (you must select when registering)
  • One 6ft draped table
  • Two Chairs
  • Wastebasket
  • Invitation to Welcome Reception/Exhibits on Monday evening, 5:30 – 7:30 PM
  • Two (2) lunch tickets for Tuesday’s Annual Meeting Awards Luncheon

Additional Information

  • You are invited to attend the President’s Reception on Monday night. You will sign up for this event during the online registration process—please make certain to register all attendees that will be present.  All attendees and vendors will be on their own for breakfast and lunch Monday.
  • Breakfast and lunch will be provided for vendors on Tuesday.  Please make certain that you register for this if you will require meals for your attendees.   Vendors are limited to two attendees for lunch and breakfast.  Additional lunch and breakfast tickets can be purchased if needed.  You can sign up and purchase tickets for all attendees during the registration process.
  • Most of our vendors bring a door prize to give away. If you have a gift or gifts to give away, please make sure you continue to draw until someone present wins—AAHIM attendees are required to be present to win. We will conduct the drawings at the end of the day on Tuesday afternoon.
  • An electronic copy of the attendee list will be provided one week prior to the event. **Attendees can elect to opt out of sharing their information.
  • Please make sure you arrange to have your exhibit items shipped immediately following the exhibit breakdown on Tuesday. You will need to contact your carrier, and schedule pick up for your shipments.

Exhibit Registration

Registration ends March 31, 2022.  Payments must be received by this date to avoid the $50 late fee.  After this date, exhibit space will be subject to availability.

Room Reservations

There are several hotels in the Orange Beach area that can be utilized for this meeting. Below are a few that are within 5-10 minutes of the venue. Additionally, Brett-Robinson has offered a 15% discount for any of their properties that are rented for this event.
